Production Supervisor Pharma Jobs in Noida

Pharma company in Noida is hiring Production Supervisors to supervise day‑to‑day manufacturing activities, manpower and process discipline during the shift.

The role is responsible for meeting production targets with required quality, safety and documentation compliance.

• Shift Supervision

  Supervise operators and workers on the line, allocate work and monitor adherence to BMR/BPR and SOPs.

• Quality & GMP

  Ensure processes follow GMP, coordinate with QA for line clearance, in‑process checks and address deviations promptly.

• Productivity & Problem Solving

  Monitor output, resolve work problems, suggest improvements and support maintenance planning for minimum downtime.

• Training & Safety

  Train shop floor staff on job duties, safety procedures and company policies and ensure PPE and safety rules are followed.

• Reporting

  Prepare shift reports, production records and provide data for budgets and performance reviews.

• Education

  BPharm / MPharm / BSc or related qualification with good understanding of pharma manufacturing.

• Experience

  3-7 years experience in pharma production, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or shift in‑charge role.

• Skills

  Strong people handling, problem solving, understanding of processes and regulatory expectations.

• Other Requirements

  Willingness to work in shifts, lead teams and coordinate with QA, maintenance and planning.
