Production Supervisor CNC Jobs in Noida

CNC company in Noida is hiring Production Supervisors to plan and control CNC machine shop activities, allocate work to operators and ensure production targets are met.

The supervisor will coordinate with planning, quality and maintenance teams to achieve on‑time delivery, quality and productivity for the CNC department.

• Shift Planning

  Plan daily and shift‑wise production schedule for CNC machines as per customer requirements and load charts.

• Team Management

  Assign jobs to CNC operators and machinists, monitor attendance and ensure discipline and safety in shop floor.

• Production Monitoring

  Track output, rejection, rework and downtime and take corrective actions to achieve production and OEE targets.

• Quality & Customer Requirements

  Coordinate with quality team to address issues, implement corrective actions and ensure customer specifications are followed.

• Improvement & Reporting

  Drive 5S, Kaizen and productivity improvement activities and submit daily and monthly production reports to management.

• Education

  Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

• Experience

  4-8 years experience as production supervisor, CNC shop in‑charge or senior machinist in CNC environment.

• Technical Skills

  Good understanding of CNC machining processes, cycle times, tooling and basic quality requirements.

• Other Requirements

  Strong leadership and communication skills, willingness to work in shifts and handle manpower of operators and helpers.
