About the Production Planner Pharma Role
Pharma company in Noida is hiring Production Planners to create and monitor production schedules, align demand with plant capacity and ensure timely availability of materials.[web:123][web:126]
The role connects sales, production, purchase and warehouse teams to maintain service levels while optimising inventory.[web:123][web:126]
Key Responsibilities

Production Scheduling
Prepare weekly and monthly production plans based on demand, forecasts and plant capacity.[web:123][web:126]

Coordination with Departments
Coordinate with production, QA, purchase and warehouse to ensure materials and line availability as per plan.[web:123][web:126]

Inventory Control
Monitor RM, PM and FG inventory, avoid stock‑outs and overstocking and support slow‑moving stock liquidation.[web:123]

Plan Monitoring
Track plan vs actual, analyse delays or capacity issues and update schedules accordingly.[web:123][web:126]

Data & Reporting
Maintain planning data, generate MIS on adherence and support management reviews on production performance.[web:123][web:126]
Candidate Requirements

Education
BE / BPharm / MPharm / MBA Operations or equivalent with interest in planning and coordination.[web:123][web:126]

Experience
3-7 years experience in production planning / PPC, preferably in pharma or FMCG manufacturing.[web:123][web:126]

Skills
Good analytical skills, ERP or planning tool knowledge and understanding of production and supply processes.[web:123][web:126]
