Production Operator Pharma Jobs in Noida

Pharma company in Noida is hiring Production Operators to handle granulation, compression, coating and packing activities for tablet and capsule dosage forms.

Candidates will be responsible for operating machines, following SOPs and maintaining documentation as per GMP and regulatory requirements.

• Machine Operation

  Operate granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling and packing machines as per batch manufacturing records.

• GMP & Documentation

  Follow cGMP, SOPs and record all activities in BMR, BPR and log books without errors or overwriting.

• In‑process Checks

  Carry out in‑process checks like weight, hardness, thickness and appearance and inform supervisor for any deviation.

• Cleaning & Line Clearance

  Perform equipment and area cleaning as per SOP and support line clearance activities with QA team.

• Safety & 5S

  Use PPE, follow safety instructions and maintain housekeeping and 5S in production areas.

• Education

  Diploma in Pharmacy / BSc / ITI or equivalent with understanding of pharma manufacturing.

• Experience

  Freshers and candidates with 0-3 years experience in pharma production (OSD / formulation) can apply.

• Technical Skills

  Basic knowledge of tablet and capsule manufacturing machines and willingness to work in shifts.

• Other Requirements

  Good discipline, ability to follow written instructions and readiness to work in regulated cleanroom environment.
