Pharma company in Noida is hiring Production Officers to supervise compression, coating, granulation and capsule filling operations as per BMR and SOPs.[web:85][web:88]

The role focuses on maintaining GMP, productivity and documentation accuracy during each batch.[web:85][web:88]

• Batch Execution

  Execute manufacturing operations as per BMR, monitor process parameters and guide operators on correct procedures.[web:85][web:88]

• Line Coordination

  Coordinate with IPQA for line clearance, sampling and in‑process checks and address any on‑line quality issues.[web:85]

• Documentation

  Ensure real‑time documentation in BMR/BPR, log books and checklists with no overwriting or missing entries.[web:85]

• GMP & Safety

  Maintain cleanliness, gowning, material movement and equipment status as per GMP and safety requirements.[web:85][web:88]

• Training & Improvement

  Train operators on SOPs, support investigations and recommend process improvements to enhance yields and reduce deviations.[web:85]

• Education

  BPharm / MPharm / BSc with good understanding of formulation manufacturing.[web:85]

• Experience

  2-5 years experience as Production Officer / Executive in pharma tablet or capsule plant.[web:85][web:88]

• Technical Skills

  Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation and basic regulatory expectations on documentation.[web:85][web:88]
