Process / Manufacturing Engineer CNC Jobs in Noida

CNC company in Noida is hiring Process / Manufacturing Engineers to design machining processes, prepare operation sheets and optimize cycle time for CNC turning and milling operations.

The engineer will work with design, programming and production teams to select tools, fixtures and machining parameters to achieve quality and cost targets.

• Process Design

  Define machining sequence, operations and set‑ups for new components and prepare detailed process sheets.

• Tooling & Fixture Selection

  Select cutting tools, holders and fixtures considering quality, productivity and tool life requirements.

• Cycle Time & Costing

  Estimate machining cycle time and cost, and drive improvements to reduce cost per part and increase output.

• Process Improvement

  Analyse rejections, rework and downtime and implement process improvements, Poka‑Yoke and standardisation.

• Cross‑functional Coordination

  Work closely with CNC programmers, supervisors and quality engineers during trials and new product development.

• Education

  BE / BTech in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.

• Experience

  3-7 years experience as CNC process engineer, manufacturing engineer or methods engineer in machining industry.

• Technical Skills

  Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, cutting tools, fixture concepts and basic understanding of CAM.

• Other Requirements

  Good analytical ability, exposure to lean manufacturing and good communication with production and management.
