Packing Supervisor Pharma Jobs in Noida

Pharma company in Noida is hiring Packing Supervisors to supervise secondary packing operations, including blister, bottle, strip and carton packing activities as per BPR and SOP.

The role ensures correct coding, labelling, reconciliation and packing quality while meeting daily output targets.

• Line Supervision

  Supervise packing line operations, allocate workmen and ensure adherence to approved packing instructions.

• Quality & Reconciliation

  Ensure correct overprinting, leaflets, cartons and carry out reconciliation of printed and packing materials.

• GMP & Documentation

  Ensure online entries in BPR, log books and checklists, maintain line clearance and GMP conditions.

• Manpower & Training

  Guide operators and packers on procedures, safety and quality checks and support skill development.

• Coordination

  Coordinate with QA, warehouse and production planning for material availability and batch changeovers.

• Education

  BPharm / BSc / Any Graduate with knowledge of pharma packing operations.

• Experience

  3-7 years experience in pharma packing, with at least 1-2 years as line supervisor / leader.

• Skills

  Understanding of packing equipment, GMP, reconciliation and basic documentation requirements.

• Other Requirements

  Shift flexibility, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple batches and SKUs.
