Packing Helper Jobs in Noida

Packing Helpers perform final packaging of finished products including pouch counting, carton packing, sealing, labeling, palletizing and dispatch preparation. Fast-paced role requiring good stamina and attention to detail.

• Pouch & Carton Packing
  Pack 50-500 pouches per carton. Target 2,000-5,000 cartons per 12-hour shift.
• Sealing & Labeling
  BOPP tape sealing, accurate barcode labeling, batch coding verification.
• Palletizing Operations
  Stack cartons on pallets (max 1.5m height, 800-1,200kg), stretch film wrapping.
• Quality Control
  100% count accuracy, defect inspection, maintain <0.5% rejection rate.
• Dispatch Preparation
  Truck loading per dispatch plan, FIFO stock management, 5S housekeeping.

• Minimum Education
  8th/10th pass (no strict requirement for experienced candidates)
• Experience Level
  0-2 years. Freshers welcome with good learning attitude.
• Essential Skills
  Fast packing speed, counting accuracy, physical stamina, team player.
• Work Conditions
  12-hr rotational shifts, 8-10 hrs standing, local candidates preferred.
