Maintenance Technician Pharma Jobs in Noida

Pharma company in Noida is hiring Maintenance Technicians to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of tablet presses, capsule filling machines, blenders, pack lines and plant utilities.

The technician will support trouble‑shooting of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues and help ensure high uptime of production and utility equipment as per GMP requirements.

• Preventive Maintenance

  Execute preventive maintenance schedules for pharma production machines and utilities like compressors, chillers and boilers as per plan.

• Breakdown & Troubleshooting

  Attend equipment breakdowns, identify root cause and carry out repairs for mechanical, electrical and pneumatic problems.

• Equipment Health & Calibration Support

  Monitor equipment parameters, support calibration teams and ensure critical instruments and interlocks are functioning correctly.

• Spare Management & Coordination

  Raise spare parts requirements, maintain minimum stock and coordinate with vendors or OEM engineers when specialised support is needed.

• Documentation & Safety

  Update maintenance logs and breakdown reports and follow safety procedures, LOTO and GMP guidelines during maintenance work.

• Education

  Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics from recognised institute.

• Experience

  2-6 years experience as Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Engineer in pharma, FMCG or engineering plant (pharma experience preferred).

• Technical Skills

  Good knowledge of rotating equipment, basic PLC fault finding, hydraulics and pneumatics and reading of electrical / mechanical drawings.

• Other Requirements

  Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency calls, strong problem‑solving attitude and coordination with production and QA.
