Maintenance Technician CNC Jobs in Noida

CNC company in Noida is hiring Maintenance Technicians to carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of CNC turning and milling machines.

The technician will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems, coordinate with OEM service engineers and ensure high uptime of CNC machines.

• Preventive Maintenance

  Execute preventive maintenance schedules for CNC machines, check lubrication, coolant, alignment and basic health parameters.

• Breakdown Handling

  Attend machine breakdowns, identify root cause and carry out quick repairs to resume production safely.

• Troubleshooting

  Diagnose mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues, replace faulty parts and fine tune machine performance.

• Spare & Vendor Coordination

  Raise spare parts requirements, maintain critical spares stock and coordinate with OEM / service vendors when required.

• Documentation & Safety

  Update maintenance logs, breakdown records and strictly follow lock‑out tag‑out and safety procedures during maintenance.

• Education

  Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics.

• Experience

  3-7 years experience as CNC maintenance technician, service engineer or maintenance engineer in machine shop.

• Technical Skills

  Good knowledge of CNC machine modules, hydraulics, pneumatics, drives and basic PLC fault finding.

• Other Requirements

  Willingness to attend emergency calls, work in shifts and coordinate closely with production and management.
