Maintenance Engineer Pharma Jobs in Noida

Pharma company in Noida is hiring Maintenance Engineers to plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for process equipment, packaging lines and utilities like HVAC, compressors and water systems.

The role supports reliable plant operation, equipment uptime and compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.

• Preventive Maintenance

  Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate shutdowns and ensure timely completion and documentation.

• Breakdown Handling

  Attend equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot root cause and restore operations while maintaining safety and data integrity.

• Calibration & Qualification Support

  Support calibration activities and engineering inputs for qualification, validation and change control of equipment.

• Spare Parts & Contractors

  Monitor critical spares inventory and supervise external contractors as per work‑permit and GMP requirements.

• Safety & Compliance

  Ensure maintenance work follows EHS guidelines, cGMP and support audits with maintenance records and reports.

• Education

  BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation or equivalent technical qualification.

• Experience

  3-7 years experience in engineering maintenance in pharma, biotech or similar regulated process plant.

• Skills

  Hands‑on knowledge of production and utility equipment, maintenance systems and basic understanding of validation needs.

• Other Requirements

  Problem‑solving attitude, readiness for shift / on‑call support and good coordination with production and QA.
