Machine Operator Offset Jobs in Noida

Machine Operator Offset runs sheet-fed offset printing machines (2-6 colours) to print folding cartons, corrugated boxes and packaging boards.

Responsible for plate loading, ink setting, paper feeding, print quality control and achieving production targets during 12-hour shifts.

• Machine Setup & Registration

  Load offset printing plates, set ink keys, register colours, adjust pressure settings and prepare machine for 10,000-50,000 impressions per job.

• Sheet Feeding & Stacking

  Load paper sheets (120-400 GSM board), adjust feeder, ensure proper sheet gripper margins and stack printed sheets accurately.

• Ink & Damping Control

  Mix offset inks, control fountain solution (IPA 8-12%), maintain ink-water balance and achieve consistent print density across run.

• Print Quality Monitoring

  Check colour matching, registration accuracy, scumming, hickeys every 500 sheets, maintain <1.5% rejection and ensure sharp print quality.

• Machine Cleaning & Maintenance

  Clean ink rollers, blanket cylinders, dampening system after each job, lubricate machine and report major breakdowns to supervisor.

• Education

  ITI / Diploma in Printing Technology or 10th/12th pass with offset printing experience.

• Experience

  2–5 years operating sheet-fed offset printing machines (2-6 colours) in packaging/cartons industry.

• Skills

  Offset plate loading, ink-water balance, sheet feeding, colour registration, basic machine maintenance.

• Other Requirements

  12-hour rotational shifts, normal colour vision, physically fit for machine operation, immediately joinable.
