Carry out routine tests like thickness, GSM, COF, seal strength, peel strength, burst, dart impact and bond strength using standard methods and company SOPs on films and laminates.

Trial & Validation Support
Support new structure trials, machine speed trials and changeovers by performing printability, heat seal window, retention, rub/scuff and lamination bond tests and sharing quick feedback with production and QA teams.

Instrument Handling & Calibration
Operate tensile tester, dart impact tester, COF tester, sealing tester, burst tester, ovens and other lab instruments; follow daily checks, basic troubleshooting and calibration schedules for accurate results.

Documentation & Reporting
Record all results in lab logbooks and Excel/ERP, prepare test reports and COAs, highlight non-conformances, raise hold/rejection notes and maintain documents for ISO/BRC audits.

GMP, Safety & Housekeeping
Follow GMP and safety guidelines in the lab, manage chemical inventory, ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain a clean, organized and audit-ready quality lab.
