About the IT Support Engineer Pharma Role
Pharma company in Noida is hiring IT Support Engineers to provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, applications and basic network issues for plant and office users.
The role logs and resolves tickets, escalates complex issues and supports project rollouts in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities

Incident Resolution
Handle L1/L2 support incidents, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS and basic application issues within defined SLAs.

Ticket Management
Log, classify and track support tickets in ITSM system and update users on status until closure.

Application & Database Support
Support business and plant applications, perform basic troubleshooting on .NET / SQL based systems and escalate to vendors when required.

Projects & Upgrades
Assist in IT projects like application rollouts, infrastructure upgrades and change implementations as per plan.

Documentation
Maintain IT asset records, update knowledge base and prepare simple SOPs / user guides for common issues.
Candidate Requirements

Education
BSc / BCA / BE in Computer Science, IT or related field.

Experience
2-5 years experience as IT Support / Application Support Engineer in L1/L2 roles; pharma domain is an advantage.

Skills
Good troubleshooting, Windows, basic networking, and exposure to .NET, SQL or web applications.

Strong communication, documentation skills and willingness to work in shifts supporting plant operations.
