About the HR Executive Pharma Role
Pharma company in Noida is hiring HR Executives to handle end‑to‑end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination and employee engagement for plant employees.[web:118][web:119][web:121]

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Source candidates, schedule interviews, issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities for plant and office roles.[web:118][web:121]

HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and support payroll processing and statutory compliance documentation.[web:118][web:121]

Policy & Compliance
Implement HR policies, ensure adherence to labor laws and pharma company SOPs and coordinate for audits related to HR.[web:118][web:121][web:120]

Employee Engagement
Support induction, training coordination, grievance handling and engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.[web:117][web:118][web:124]

Reporting & MIS
Prepare HR MIS reports like headcount, attrition, attendance and share updates with HR Manager and plant leadership.[web:118][web:124]
Candidate Requirements

Education
Any Graduate with PG in HR / MBA HR preferred and good understanding of HR basics.[web:118][web:124]

Experience
2-5 years experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist, preferably in pharma or manufacturing environment.[web:118][web:119][web:121]

Skills
