Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements, post jobs, screen CVs, schedule interviews and follow up with candidates; prepare offers, collect joining documents and complete joining formalities and induction checklists for new employees and workers.

Attendance & Payroll Input
Maintain and monitor attendance data, shifts, overtime and leave in HRMS/Excel; validate records with supervisors and provide accurate monthly inputs to accounts/payroll teams within stipulated timelines for salary processing.

Employee Records & HR Documentation
Create and update personal files, HRMS records and spreadsheets for all employees; prepare and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving, etc.) as per approved formats and maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.

Statutory & Compliance Support
Assist in collecting and updating data required for PF, ESI, gratuity and other statutory compliances; help maintain basic registers and formats as guided by HR Manager and support during inspections or audits with accurate information and documents.

Employee Query Handling & Communication
Address routine employee queries related to attendance, leave, salary slips, HR policies and documents; escalate complex issues to HR Manager and support internal communication on notices, policies and updates across the plant.

Engagement & HR Reporting
Assist in organising birthday celebrations, welfare events, training sessions and other engagement activities; prepare simple HR reports and dashboards such as headcount, joins/exits, leave and overtime summaries for review by management.
