Prepare annual internal audit plan covering all departments and processes as per HACCP, BRCGS Packaging, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 requirements;
schedule risk‑based audits and ensure 100% coverage within the year.

HACCP & Food Safety Audits
Audit HACCP plans, hazard analysis, CCP monitoring records, PRPs and OPRPs; verify implementation of corrective actions,
product recall and traceability procedures in the packaging plant.

BRCGS Packaging Compliance
Verify compliance with BRCGS Packaging Materials Standard for site standards, product safety, quality, process control and personnel;
check housekeeping, foreign body controls, allergen and contamination controls for food‑contact packaging.

ISO 22000 & ISO 9001 Audits
Audit FSMS and QMS documentation, SOPs, records, change controls and management review actions;
ensure processes meet ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 requirements and support certification/recertification audits.

Non‑Conformance & CAPA
Record audit findings, classify non‑conformities, agree corrective and preventive actions with process owners,
track closure within target dates and verify effectiveness through follow‑up audits.

Training & Food Safety Culture
Conduct awareness training on GMP, hygiene, HACCP and audit requirements;
support improvement of food safety culture through regular communication, mock audits and support during external audits.
