About the EHS Officer Pharma Role
Pharma company in Noida is hiring EHS Officers to monitor and improve environment, health and safety performance in manufacturing and utility areas.
The role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, internal EHS policies and supports creation of a safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities

Risk Assessment
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments for production, warehouse and utility areas and recommend controls.

Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with EHS statutory requirements, maintain records and coordinate with external agencies as needed.

Training & Awareness
Organise toolbox talks and EHS training for employees and contractors on safety procedures and emergency response.

Incident Management
Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

Environmental Monitoring
Monitor waste management, effluent, emissions and support implementation of environment improvement projects.
Candidate Requirements

Education
BSc / BE / Diploma with specialisation in Safety, Environment or Industrial Safety.

Experience
3-7 years experience as EHS / Safety Officer in pharma, chemical or similar process industry.

Skills
Knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessment, PPE, work‑permit systems and emergency preparedness.

Other Requirements
Strong observation, communication skills and willingness to be present on shop floor and in field.
