About the Data Entry Executive Role
Data Entry Executive is responsible for entering and updating data in ERP/Excel related to sales orders, purchase orders, stock movements and invoices for the packaging unit in Noida.
You support accounts, stores, production and dispatch teams by keeping records accurate, up to date and neatly organised for daily operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Accurate Data Entry
Enter and update data for orders, GRN, invoices, stock issues/receipts and dispatch details in ERP/Excel within given timelines while maintaining high accuracy.

Verification & Checks
Verify source documents for completeness and correctness, identify mismatches or missing data and get them corrected with concerned departments before final entry.

Document Preparation & Filing
Prepare, sort and organise bills, challans, GRN, order copies and other documents for entry; maintain physical and digital filing for easy retrieval and audits.

Reports & Lists
Generate simple reports such as daily entry list, pending entry list or basic stock / invoice statements from ERP/Excel and share with supervisors as required.

Confidentiality & Data Security
Handle company and customer data carefully, follow access controls and keep all financial and commercial information confidential.

Coordination with Teams
Coordinate with accounts, stores, production and dispatch teams to collect missing details and ensure that system entries match actual transactions on time.
Candidate Requirements

Education
+2 / Diploma / Any Degree with basic computer knowledge; certification in MS Office or computer applications will be an added advantage.

Experience
0–3 years in data entry / back office roles; experience in manufacturing, printing or packaging companies is preferred, but freshers with good skills can also apply.

Skills
Good typing speed and accuracy, comfort with numbers, attention to detail, ability to work with repetitive tasks and maintain neat, organised records.

Software Knowledge
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word is essential; exposure to ERP/Tally or similar business software will be an advantage.
