CNC VMC Operator Jobs in Noida

CNC company in Noida is hiring CNC VMC Operators to operate VMC / CNC milling machines, load fixtures and components, run approved programs and ensure stable machining.

The operator will support setup, perform basic measurement and maintain good housekeeping and safety in the machining area.

• Machine Operation

  Operate VMC machines, clamp components on fixtures, call correct programs and run cycles as per production plan.

• Setup Assistance

  Assist senior machinist in job setup, tool loading, zero setting and dry run checks.

• In‑process Inspection

  Check key dimensions using vernier, micrometer, height gauge and gauges and record readings in inspection sheets.

• Tool Monitoring

  Monitor tool wear, breakage and coolant level and immediately inform supervisor for corrective actions.

• Safety & 5S

  Maintain clean work area, follow safety SOPs and support 5S activities in the machine shop.

• Education

  ITI Machinist / Turner / Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical / Production.

• Experience

  0-3 years experience as VMC operator, CNC milling operator or machine shop operator.

• Technical Skills

  Basic understanding of CNC milling operations, job setting and use of measuring tools for simple inspection.

• Other Requirements

  Ready to work in shifts, follow instructions and maintain discipline on shop floor.
