CNC Setup Technician Jobs in Noida

CNC company in Noida is hiring CNC Setup Technicians to perform complete machine setup, fixture clamping, tool setting and program loading for new and repeat jobs.

The role includes proving‑out new components, achieving first‑off approval and handing over stable jobs to operators for regular production.

• Job Setup

  Plan and execute complete setup of CNC turning and milling machines as per job card and drawing requirements.

• Tool & Fixture Management

  Select tools, prepare tool offsets, mount fixtures and ensure correct clamping and alignment before production.

• Program Loading & Trial Run

  Load CNC programs, perform dry run and trial machining, adjust offsets and parameters to achieve correct dimensions.

• First‑off Approval

  Coordinate with quality team for first‑piece inspection and obtain approval before releasing job to operators.

• Training & Support

  Guide CNC operators on clamping method, inspection points and basic troubleshooting for running jobs.

• Education

  ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

• Experience

  2-5 years experience as CNC setup technician, CNC setter or senior machinist in CNC machine shop.

• Technical Skills

  Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup, tool offsets, work offsets and ability to read engineering drawings.

• Other Requirements

  Good communication with operators and supervisors, problem‑solving attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
