CNC Programmer Jobs in Noida

CNC company in Noida is hiring CNC Programmers to develop CNC programs using CAM software and G‑code for turning, milling and drilling operations on precision parts.

The programmer will work with design and production teams to select tools, define machining strategy, reduce cycle time and support trial runs on the shop floor.

• Program Creation

  Create and modify CNC programs in CAM software and G‑code based on drawings, 3D models and process requirements.

• Toolpath Optimization

  Optimize toolpaths, feeds and speeds to improve machining time, surface finish and tool life while maintaining quality.

• Process Planning

  Define operation sequence, workholding, tooling list and cutting parameters for new components and update process sheets.

• Shop‑floor Support

  Support machinists during proving‑out, troubleshoot machining issues and update programs based on feedback and inspection reports.

• Documentation & Standards

  Maintain program versions, backup, tool data and ensure adherence to company programming standards and safety guidelines.

• Education

  Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Production or related stream with exposure to CNC machining and CAM programming.

• Experience

  3-7 years of experience as CNC programmer or CNC engineer in precision machining or tooling industry.

• Technical Skills

  Hands‑on in CAM software (like Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM or similar), strong G‑code knowledge and good understanding of cutting tools and machining.

• Other Requirements

  Good communication with production, ability to train operators on new programs and focus on continuous improvement in cycle time and quality.
