CNC Operator Jobs in Noida

CNC company in Noida is hiring CNC Machine Operators to operate CNC turning and VMC machines, load raw materials, run approved programs and produce precision parts as per drawing.

Candidates should be ready to work in shifts, follow safety instructions and coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth machine running and basic inspection.

• Machine Operation

  Operate CNC turning and milling machines, load and unload components and run approved CNC programs for production parts.

• Setup Support

  Assist in basic setup activities such as tool loading, fixture clamping and zero setting under the guidance of senior machinists.

• Quality Checks

  Measure parts using vernier, micrometer and gauges, ensure dimensions are within tolerance and report any deviation immediately.

• Machine Monitoring

  Monitor machine running, coolant level and tool wear and stop the machine safely in case of abnormal sound or vibration.

• Housekeeping & Safety

  Maintain workplace cleanliness, follow PPE and safety rules and support preventive maintenance of machines as instructed.

• Education

  ITI Fitter / Turner / Machinist or Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering from a recognised institute.

• Experience

  Freshers and candidates with 0-3 years of experience as CNC operator, VMC operator or machine shop helper can apply.

• Technical Skills

  Basic understanding of CNC machines, ability to read simple drawings and handle measuring instruments like vernier and micrometer.

• Other Requirements

  Willingness to work in rotational shifts, good attitude towards learning and ability to follow supervisor instructions on the shop floor.
