CNC Machinist Jobs in Noida

CNC company in Noida is hiring CNC Machinists to independently set up CNC machines, select tools, load programs and produce components as per engineering drawings and tolerances.

The machinist will handle troubleshooting during production, make program offset changes and ensure consistent quality for batch and new part development jobs.

• Setup & Tooling

  Plan and perform complete machine setup including fixture clamping, tool selection, tool offset setting and program loading as per job card.

• Blueprint Reading

  Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T and process sheets to understand dimensions, tolerances and machining sequence.

• Quality Assurance

  Perform in‑process and final inspection using micrometers, height gauges and other instruments, maintain process records and ensure first‑off approval.

• Troubleshooting

  Identify issues like tool wear, chatter or size variation, adjust offsets or parameters and coordinate with programmer for corrections.

• Maintenance & Safety

  Support routine preventive maintenance, machine cleaning and strictly follow shop‑floor safety and 5S standards.

• Education

  ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production or Tool Engineering from recognised institution.

• Experience

  Minimum 2-5 years of experience as CNC machinist, CNC setter or senior CNC operator in precision machining industry.

• Technical Skills

  Hands‑on knowledge of CNC turning or VMC, ability to handle multiple tools, offsets and experience in machining steels, aluminium or casting components.

• Other Requirements

  Strong problem‑solving attitude, willingness to work in shifts and capability to guide junior operators during production.
