CNC Lathe Operator Jobs in Noida

CNC company in Noida is hiring CNC Lathe Operators to operate CNC turning centres, load raw material bars or forgings, run approved programs and produce turned parts as per drawing.

The operator will handle day‑to‑day production, follow safety and quality instructions and support the machinist or supervisor for smooth running of the turning line.

• CNC Lathe Operation

  Operate CNC lathes as per work instructions, load and unload components and start and stop cycles for production batches.

• Tool & Offset Handling

  Change inserts, check tool life, and make minor offset corrections under guidance to maintain component size.

• Quality Inspection

  Check parts using vernier, micrometer and thread gauges, record readings and immediately inform supervisor if parts go out of tolerance.

• Production Documentation

  Update production log sheets, rejection records and basic inspection formats for each shift.

• Safety & Housekeeping

  Follow machine guarding rules, use PPE and maintain cleanliness around the CNC lathe area.

• Education

  ITI Turner / Fitter / Machinist or Diploma in Mechanical / Production from recognised institute.

• Experience

  0-3 years experience as CNC lathe operator or CNC turning machine operator in manufacturing company.

• Technical Skills

  Basic knowledge of CNC turning, ability to read simple drawings and use basic measuring instruments.

• Other Requirements

  Willing to work in rotational shifts, ready to learn and follow supervisor instructions strictly.
