About the Tele Sales Executive Personal Loan Role
Tele Sales Executive – Personal Loans works from office or call‑center, calling customers, explaining loan offers and closing sales over the phone.
You handle both outbound and inbound calls, convert leads to applications and coordinate with field and branch teams.
Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling
Call potential and existing customers from lead lists, check personal loan requirement and pitch suitable offers.

Explaining Loan Features
Explain eligibility, interest rate, tenure, EMI and documents required clearly and handle objections on call.

Lead Conversion
Capture customer details, fix appointments / pick‑up for documents or share digital links and handover hot leads to field / branch team.

Follow‑ups & Targets
Do regular follow‑up calls on interested customers, push cases to closure and achieve daily / monthly call and sales targets.

Call Logging & Compliance
Update CRM / dialer with call outcomes, follow scripts and quality guidelines and ensure RBI / company calling norms are followed.
Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass / Graduate with basic computer skills and headset / dialer handling comfort.

Experience
0–3 years in telesales / telecalling; personal loan or banking / finance calling experience preferred.

Skills
Strong communication, objection handling, persuasive selling and target orientation.

Other Requirements
Comfortable with full‑day phone work, ready for 6‑day working and attractive incentive‑based environment.
