About the Service Coordinator – Telecom Role
Telecom and broadband company in Moradabad are hiring Service Coordinators to manage field service schedules, coordinate technicians and engineers, track work orders and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Candidates with good coordination and communication skills, familiarity with CRM tools and experience in operations or logistics coordination roles at telecom or FMCG company are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Work Order Scheduling
Schedule and assign installation, maintenance and fault rectification work orders to field technicians and engineers in Moradabad zones.
- Field Team Coordination
Coordinate with field teams on daily job progress, provide support for delays and re-schedule jobs as required to meet SLA targets.
- Customer Updates
Provide proactive updates to customers on appointment timings, field team arrival and estimated resolution; handle rescheduling requests.
- SLA Tracking & Escalation
Monitor open work orders for SLA breach risk; escalate pending cases to supervisors and ensure field jobs are closed on time.
- MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily service summary reports, track technician productivity and assist management with monthly performance analysis.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree from a recognised college; graduates in BA/BSc/BCom or engineering background are preferred.
- Experience
1-4 years in service coordination, field operations coordination or customer support roles at telecom, ISP or service company.
- Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel for MIS reporting; experience with CRM or ERP work order management software is an advantage.
- Communication
Fluency in and English; confident phone communication to manage field teams and customer interactions simultaneously.
