About the Sales Executive – Broadband/Telecom Role
Broadband and telecom company in Moradabad are hiring Sales Executives to acquire new residential and SME subscribers through door-to-door, referral and cold-call sales of broadband, fibre and telecom plans.
Candidates with prior field sales experience in broadband, FMCG or financial services, a valid two-wheeler licence and strong knowledge of Moradabad localities are preferred for these high-incentive roles.
Key Responsibilities
- New Customer Acquisition
Visit residential apartments, individual houses and SME offices in assigned zones of Moradabad to pitch and close new broadband subscriptions.
- Product Demonstration
Explain broadband plans, speed tiers and value-added services to prospects; conduct speed demo and address customer questions on the spot.
- Sales Target Achievement
Achieve weekly and monthly new connection targets; earn attractive commission incentives for exceeding quotas consistently.
- Referral Selling
Collect referrals from existing satisfied customers and follow up to convert referrals into new subscriptions in the assigned area.
- Market Mapping
Identify new residential buildings, layouts and commercial complexes in assigned zones and report them to the sales manager for coverage.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree from a recognised college; graduates in BBA, B.Com or BSc are preferred though not mandatory for field sales roles.
- Experience
1-4 years in field sales at broadband ISP, telecom, FMCG, insurance or financial services company; freshers with good drive also considered.
- Sales Skills
Proven ability to acquire customers through field visits; persuasive communication in and basic English.
- Mobility
Two-wheeler driving licence mandatory; own vehicle preferred for covering Moradabad residential areas efficiently.
