Relationship Officer – Personal Loans is responsible for sourcing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing borrowers and ensuring timely repayments.

You act as the main contact point for customers, from initial enquiry to renewal and top‑up of personal loans.

• Customer Acquisition

  Identify potential personal loan customers through field visits, references, corporates and local businesses.

• Relationship Management

  Manage assigned customer portfolio, handle queries, resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Loan File Preparation

  Assess basic eligibility, collect required documents and prepare files for credit evaluation.

• Portfolio Quality & Collections

  Monitor EMI payments, remind customers before due dates and support early follow‑up in case of delays.

• Cross‑selling & Reporting

  Cross‑sell relevant products to existing customers and share daily activity, pipeline and collection reports with manager.

• Education

  12th Pass / Graduate. Basic computer and app usage skills required.

• Experience

  1–4 years in loans / banking / financial products or field sales. Personal loan experience preferred.

• Skills

  Strong communication, relationship building, negotiation and target orientation.

• Other Requirements

  Two‑wheeler with licence, knowledge of Moradabad market and willingness for regular field visits.
