About the Relationship Officer Gold Loan Role
Relationship Officer – Gold Loan is a sales and relationship role where you acquire new gold loan customers, deepen relationships with existing customers and support branch business growth.
You work closely with the branch team to ensure smooth processing, timely renewals and good portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition
Identify and meet prospective customers in the local market, explain gold loan benefits and bring them to the branch for disbursement.

Portfolio Management
Maintain close contact with assigned customers, track their renewal dates and usage and encourage renewals and top‑ups.

Cross‑selling
Promote other products like insurance or savings products (if offered) to gold loan customers as per branch plan.

Collections Support
Coordinate with collections team for overdue customers, support friendly recovery and help reduce delinquencies in your portfolio.

Branch Coordination & Reporting
Share daily visit and lead reports, update CRM / system and work with Branch Manager for achieving monthly targets.
Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass / Graduate with basic smartphone and app usage skills.

Experience
1–4 years in field sales / NBFC / bank / microfinance. Gold loan or secured lending experience preferred.

Skills
Good communication, convincing skills, relationship building and target orientation.

Other Requirements
Two‑wheeler with licence, knowledge of local area and willingness for daily field visits.
