About the Relationship Manager Two Wheeler Finance Role
Relationship Manager – Two Wheeler Finance is responsible for building and managing strong relationships with assigned two wheeler dealers and important customers in Moradabad.
You act as a single point of contact for finance requirements, ensure smooth loan processing, cross‑sell products and support portfolio quality through regular engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Dealer Relationship Management
Manage relationships with mapped two wheeler dealerships, conduct regular visits, address issues and ensure high finance attachment rates at each outlet.

Customer Relationship & Retention
Engage with key and repeat customers, understand their vehicle finance needs, provide suitable loan solutions and ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Business Development
Drive vehicle loan disbursements from assigned dealers and market, generate leads through references, corporates and local activities and convert into business.

Process & Coordination
Coordinate with sales executives, credit and operations to ensure timely login, approval and disbursement for customers, and resolve documentation or policy queries.

Portfolio Monitoring
Monitor early delinquency and bounce trends in your portfolio, support collections in follow‑up and educate customers on timely payments.

Reporting & Market Feedback
Share regular reports on volume, yields and dealer performance, and provide feedback on competitor schemes, pricing and customer preferences.
Candidate Requirements

Education
Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PG in finance or marketing is an advantage.

Experience
3–7 years of experience in two wheeler finance, auto loans, banking or NBFC relationship roles, with exposure to dealer‑driven business.

Skills
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, negotiation ability, understanding of basic credit parameters and comfort with field travel.

Other Requirements
Good knowledge of Moradabad market, own two wheeler or four wheeler with valid licence and readiness to work in a target‑driven environment with incentives.
