About the Relationship Executive Personal Loan Role
Relationship Executive – Personal Loans works closely with customers and branch sales team to ensure smooth loan onboarding and ongoing service.[web:328][web:356]
You help customers with queries, basic documentation, follow‑ups and simple cross‑sell, acting as a key touch point for the branch.[web:356]
Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction
Attend walk‑in and call‑in customers, understand their personal loan requirement and connect them to the right sales or credit person.[web:356]

Service & Follow‑up
Provide status updates on applications, remind customers about pending documents and resolve basic service requests.[web:356]

Documentation Support
Help customers fill forms, check KYC and income documents and ensure files are complete before login.

Cross‑sell Support
Identify needs of existing customers and inform them about top‑up loans or other products as per branch focus.[web:328]

Reporting
Maintain basic customer records, call logs and follow‑up trackers as guided by the branch manager.[web:356]
Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass or Graduate with basic computer and smartphone skills.

Experience
0–3 years in customer service, telecalling, field sales or loan support roles.[web:347]

Skills
Good communication, listening skills, polite behaviour and ability to coordinate with both field and branch teams.[web:328]

Other Requirements
