About the Recovery Executive Gold Loan Role
Recovery Executive – Gold Loan focuses on following up hard overdue accounts, coordinating legal / auction actions and recovering dues as per company policy.
You work closely with collections, legal and branches to reduce NPAs and protect portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities

Overdue Account Management
Track bucket‑wise overdue cases, prioritise high‑value / critical accounts and plan visit schedules accordingly.

Field Recovery
Visit customer residence / workplace, discuss pending dues, offer settlement / part‑payment options within policy and collect commitments.

Pre‑legal & Legal Coordination
Ensure timely issue of reminder letters, notices and support legal team with customer details and field feedback.

Auction Recovery Support
Assist in pre‑auction communication, attend auction events, inform customers about shortfalls and recover balance outstanding.

Reporting & Compliance
Update system with visit remarks, maintain MIS for recoveries and strictly follow code of conduct and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass / Graduate with basic smartphone and app usage.

Experience
1–4 years in recovery / collections roles with NBFC, bank, agency or microfinance; gold loan background preferred.

Skills
Strong negotiation, persuasion, conflict‑handling and problem‑solving skills.

Other Requirements
Two‑wheeler, knowledge of local area and willingness for intensive field work.
