About the Office Admin Executive Role

Telecom company and broadband operator in Moradabad are hiring Office Admin Executives to manage front desk operations, handle vendor coordination, maintain office supplies and provide general administrative support to all departments.

Candidates with prior experience in office administration, a pleasing personality, good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office with ability to multi-task in a busy telecom company office environment are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Reception

    Manage the front desk; receive visitors, handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate department and maintain the visitor register.

  • Office Supplies Management

    Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery and housekeeping material inventory; raise purchase requests and coordinate vendor deliveries.

  • Vendor & Facilities Coordination

    Coordinate with facility vendors for AMC services, housekeeping, courier, canteen and travel; ensure vendor invoices are processed on time.

  • Document Management

    Maintain and organise office documents, contracts and correspondence files; assist in document dispatch and filing as required.

  • Administrative Support

    Provide admin support to department heads including scheduling meetings, arranging refreshments, preparing reports and coordinating travel bookings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education

    Any degree from a recognised college; graduates in BBA, BCom or BA are preferred for office admin roles.

  • Experience

    1-4 years in office administration, front desk or executive assistant roles at a telecom, IT or corporate services company in Moradabad.

  • Computer Skills

    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); good typing speed; experience with office management software is an advantage.

  • Communication

    Good and English communication; professional appearance and demeanour for front-desk and visitor-facing responsibilities.
