NOC Engineer Jobs in Moradabad

Telecom and ISP Company in Moradabad is hiring NOC Engineers to monitor network health 24/7, detect faults, coordinate field resolutions and maintain service availability for broadband and enterprise customers.

Shift-based roles are available across multiple telecom company in Moradabad. Candidates with experience in network monitoring tools, alarm management and telecom fault handling are preferred.

• 24/7 Network Monitoring

  Monitor telecom network elements including routers, switches, transmission equipment and access nodes using NMS/EMS platforms round the clock.

• Fault Detection & Ticketing

  Detect network alarms, raise trouble tickets, prioritise incidents by severity and escalate to L2/L3 engineers or field teams as required.

• Coordination with Field Teams

  Coordinate with field engineers and contractors in Moradabad for on-site fault resolution and track ticket progress to closure within SLA.

• SLA & Uptime Reporting

  Prepare shift handover reports, daily uptime summaries and SLA compliance reports for telecom operations management.

• Preventive Maintenance Coordination

  Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance windows and communicate outage notifications to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Education

  B.E./B.Tech in ECE, Telecom or IT, or Diploma in Electronics/Telecom from a recognised institution in Uttar Pradesh.

• Experience

  1-5 years in NOC or network monitoring roles at ISP, telecom or managed services company in Moradabad or other cities.

• Technical Skills

  Familiarity with NMS tools (Zabbix, PRTG, HP OpenView), ITIL ticketing, basic networking TCP/IP, VLAN and alarm management.

• Shift Availability

  Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends in a 24/7 NOC environment.
