Field Engineer Telecom Jobs in Moradabad

Telecom company in Moradabad are hiring Field Engineers to carry out on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of telecom and broadband network equipment.

Candidates with hands-on experience in field deployments, knowledge of OFC splicing, BTS/RRU installation or broadband CPE configuration and a valid two-wheeler licence are preferred.

• Site Installation & Commissioning

  Install and commission telecom equipment including OFC, BTS/RRU, microwave antennas and broadband ONT/CPE devices at customer and tower sites.

• Preventive Maintenance

  Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance of telecom equipment at BTS sites, exchange buildings and customer premises across Moradabad.

• Fault Rectification

  Diagnose and rectify field faults including fibre breaks, power failures, equipment alarms and connectivity issues within SLA timelines.

• Survey & Documentation

  Conduct site surveys for newTelecom Company installations, prepare site acceptance reports and update field documentation accurately.

• Customer Coordination

  Coordinate with customers during installation and fault visits, obtain sign-offs and ensure customer satisfaction at field level.

• Education

  Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in ECE, EEE, Telecom or related discipline from a recognised polytechnic or university in Uttar Pradesh.

• Experience

  1-5 years in field engineering roles at Telecom, tower company or ISPs; freshers with relevant diploma training may apply.

• Technical Skills

  Knowledge of OFC splicing, BTS installation, VSAT, IP CPE configuration and basic electrical and RF safety procedures.

• Mobility

  Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel across Moradabad and nearby districts for field assignments.
