Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Retention

    Manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts in Moradabad; ensure high satisfaction, resolve service escalations and secure annual contract renewals.

  • Revenue Growth & Upselling

    Identify opportunities to upsell bandwidth upgrades, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity and managed services to existing enterprise clients.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management

    Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT managers and procurement heads at enterprise accounts across Moradabad.

  • Contract Negotiations

    Lead commercial negotiations for contract renewals and new service additions; structure deals with appropriate pricing and SLA terms.

  • Account Planning

    Prepare annual account plans with revenue forecasts, growth strategies and customer engagement calendars for each assigned enterprise account.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education

    Any degree from a recognised university; MBA in Sales or Marketing from a reputed institution is preferred for enterprise account roles.

  • Experience

    4-10 years in enterprise account management or B2B telecom sales with a strong track record of revenue growth from large corporate accounts.

  • Relationship Skills

    Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with C-level and mid-management decision makers at enterprise company.

  • Commercial Acumen
