About the Data Entry Operator Role
Telecom company and broadband ISPs in Moradabad are hiring Data Entry Operators to accurately enter subscriber details, work order information, KYC documents and operational data into CRM, ERP and billing systems.
Freshers with fast and accurate typing skills, basic computer proficiency and willingness to perform high-volume data entry tasks in a back-office environment are welcome to apply for these roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Subscriber Data Entry
Enter new subscriber details including name, address, plan, contact and KYC document information accurately into the CRM and billing system.
- Work Order Data Processing
Enter field work orders, installation requests and fault tickets into the operations management system; verify data completeness before submission.
- KYC Document Management
Scan, index and upload customer KYC documents into the document management system; maintain digital records accurately and securely.
- Data Verification & Correction
Verify entered data against source documents; identify and correct errors before records are submitted for billing or provisioning processing.
- Daily Productivity Reporting
Achieve daily data entry productivity targets; report completed counts and error rates to the supervisor at end of each shift.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree or HSC pass from a recognised board in Uttar Pradesh; commerce or computer background is an advantage.
- Experience
Freshers welcome; 0-3 years of data entry experience at a telecom, BPO, bank or corporate back-office company is preferred.
- Typing Speed
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 95%+ accuracy in English; typing is an additional advantage for local subscriber data.
- Computer Skills
Basic MS Office (Word, Excel) proficiency; familiarity with CRM data entry interfaces, ERP modules or billing software is advantageous.
