About the Customer Service Executive – Telecom Role

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Call Handling
Answer inbound customer calls regarding broadband, mobile or DTH service issues; identify the problem and provide first-call resolution.
- Complaint Management
Log customer complaints in the CRM system, assign to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution within SLA timelines.
- Account Queries
Assist customers with billing queries, plan upgrades, account details, service requests and general information about telecom products.
- Customer Retention
Identify dissatisfied customers and apply retention measures including plan adjustments, goodwill credits and escalation to retention teams.
- Quality Standards
Maintain call quality standards including proper greeting, empathy, accurate information and complete resolution on each customer interaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree from a recognised college; graduates in BA/BSc/BCom are preferred for customer service roles.
- Experience
Freshers and candidates with 0-3 years in customer service, call centre or retail telecom roles are welcome to apply.
- Communication
Fluency in and English essential; ability to remain calm, patient and professional while handling difficult customer interactions.
- Computer Skills
Basic computer skills including typing, CRM usage and MS Office; fast and accurate data entry ability is an advantage.
