About the Channel Sales Executive – Telecom Role
Telecom company and ISP in Moradabad are hiring Channel Sales Executives to manage and grow a network of local cable operators, dealers, retailers and sub-distributors for new broadband and mobile connection sales.
Candidates with experience in channel partner management, distributor handling or trade sales in the telecom or FMCG sector with strong knowledge of Moradabad trade markets are preferred for these roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Management
Manage an assigned network of LCOs, dealers and retailers in Moradabad; conduct regular visits to review performance and resolve issues.
- Partner Onboarding
Identify new channel partners in uncovered areas of Moradabad; complete onboarding formalities and provide initial product and process training.
- Channel Sales Achievement
Drive new connection sales through the channel network; ensure partners meet monthly targets and are actively promoting telecom plans.
- Scheme & Incentive Execution
Communicate trade schemes, promotional offers and incentive structures to channel partners; track scheme redemption and resolve claim disputes.
- Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor channel activity, new dealer sign-ups and trade promotions in the territory and report to the Area Sales Manager.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree from a recognised college; BBA or B.Com graduates are preferred for channel management roles.
- Experience
2-6 years in channel sales, distributor management or trade sales at a telecom, FMCG or consumer electronics company in Moradabad.
- Channel Knowledge
Familiarity with LCO/dealer ecosystem in Moradabad; understanding of channel schemes, trade margins and partner profitability.
- Mobility
Two-wheeler licence mandatory; must be willing to make 15-20 channel partner visits daily across assigned areas in Moradabad.
