Key Responsibilities

Business Sourcing
Source two wheeler loan customers from mapped dealerships, corporates, local businesses and open market visits in Firozabad.[web:380][web:388]

Dealer Handling
Act as primary contact for allocated showrooms, support their sales team on finance proposals and conduct regular desk‑days.[web:389]

Customer Assessment & Pitch
Understand customer profile and requirement, explain eligibility, LTV, EMI and available schemes, and recommend suitable loan structure.[web:380]

Documentation & Login
Check KYC, income proof, banking and other documents, ensure file completeness and login applications as per policy and TAT.[web:380]

Disbursement & Collections Support
Coordinate for quick sanction and disbursement, support initial EMI education to customers and assist branch in early bucket follow‑ups if required.[web:369][web:388]

Targets, Reporting & Compliance

Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass or Graduate from any stream.

Experience
1–4 years in two wheeler finance, auto loans, consumer durable loans or other field sales; dealership experience is an advantage.[web:369][web:380]

Strong field sales skills, relationship building with dealers, negotiation ability and basic credit understanding.[web:388]
