About the Two Wheeler Finance Executive Role
Two Wheeler Finance Executive acts as a finance specialist at dealer or branch level, explaining loan options and helping customers complete their two wheeler loan process.
You coordinate between customer, showroom, credit and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely loan approvals for vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Finance Consultation
Meet walk‑in and referred customers at two wheeler showrooms or branch, understand requirement and explain loan features, EMI and down payment options.

Document Collection & Verification
Collect application forms, KYC, income proof and banking documents, verify completeness and basic eligibility as per checklist.

Application Processing
Login cases in system or share with credit team, respond to queries, and coordinate for quick approval within defined turnaround time.

Disbursement Coordination
Ensure signing of agreements, mandate and other documents, follow up for pending conditions and coordinate with operations for disbursement so vehicle can be delivered on time.

Post‑Sale Support & Cross‑sell
Answer basic post‑disbursement queries, support customers with statement or NOC requests and cross‑sell insurance or related products where applicable.

Reporting & Compliance
Maintain daily log of leads, logins and disbursements, follow KYC, AML and company process guidelines and keep records ready for audit.
Candidate Requirements

Education
Minimum 12th Pass; graduate in any discipline preferred.

Experience
0–3 years in two wheeler finance, auto loans, banking sales or showroom sales; freshers with strong communication can also be considered.

Skills
Good communication and customer‑handling skills, basic computer knowledge, ability to understand EMI and interest calculations and attention to detail in documents.

Other Requirements
Local language fluency, own two wheeler with licence for visiting dealers, and good knowledge of Firozabad market and nearby areas.
