Telecom Infrastructure Engineer Jobs in Firozabad

Tower company and Telecom Company in Firozabad are hiring Telecom Company infrastructure Engineers to manage passive and active infrastructure assets including towers, shelters, power systems and civil works.

Candidates with experience in telecom tower management, infrastructure rollout, civil coordination and vendor management are preferred for senior infra roles in Firozabad and Uttar Pradesh circle.

• Tower & Shelter Management

  Manage and maintain telecom tower infrastructure including GBT, RTT and rooftop sites ensuring structural integrity and safety in Firozabad.

• Power System Oversight

  Oversee DG sets, solar panels, rectifiers and battery banks at telecom sites; ensure power uptime and fuel management efficiency.

• Civil & Structural Coordination

  Coordinate civil works for new tower sites, shelter construction, foundation inspection and structural audits with vendors and contractors.

• Infrastructure Rollout

  Plan and execute new Telecom Company infrastructure rollouts in designated zones of Firozabad in line with operator expansion requirements.

• Vendor & SLA Management

  Manage field contractors, AMC vendors and OEMs; track SLA compliance for infrastructure maintenance and escalate breaches.

• Education

  B.E./B.Tech in ECE, EEE or Civil Engineering; M.Tech in Telecom or Power Systems is an added advantage.

• Experience

  3-9 years in Telecom Company infrastructure management at tower company (Indus, ATC, TAWAL) orTelecom Company in Firozabad or Uttar Pradesh.

• Technical Knowledge

  Knowledge of tower structures, DC power systems, DG operations, OFC infrastructure and passive infra sharing norms.

• Project Management

  Experience in infrastructure project management, cost estimation, vendor negotiations and regulatory clearances for telecom sites.
