Telecom Engineer Jobs in Firozabad

Leading telecom company in Firozabad are hiring Telecom Engineers to plan, install, commission and maintain telecommunications systems including BTS, transmission, fibre and IP network equipment.

Candidates with experience in telecom network planning, RF optimisation or transmission engineering and knowledge of 4G/5G technologies are preferred for these roles.

• Network Planning & Design

  Plan and design telecom network rollouts including BTS sites, transmission links and fibre routes for Firozabad and Uttar Pradesh circles.

• Installation & Commissioning

  Install and commission telecom equipment including BTS, microwave links, OFC splicing and IP/MPLS routers at various sites.

• RF Optimisation

  Conduct RF drive tests, analyse network KPIs and implement optimisation actions to improve coverage and capacity in Firozabad.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  Perform preventive and corrective maintenance ofTelecom Company infrastructure; troubleshoot equipment faults and coordinate with OEM support teams.

• Vendor Coordination

  Liaise with equipment vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE) for technical support, spare parts and software upgrades.

• Education

  B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Telecom Engineering from a recognised university.

• Experience

  2-7 years in telecom network engineering, field deployment or maintenance roles at Telecom or tower company.

• Technical Knowledge

  Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies, transmission systems (SDH/DWDM/IP), OFC and telecom network planning tools.

• Other Skills

  Willingness to travel to telecom sites across Firozabad and Uttar Pradesh; proficiency in telecom documentation and reporting.
