About the Tele-Sales Executive – Broadband Role

Broadband ISPs and telecom company in Firozabad are actively hiring Tele-Sales Executives to make high-volume outbound calls, pitch broadband plans to residential prospects and convert interested leads into new paid connections.

This is a high-incentive role ideal for freshers and candidates with telecalling experience who are target-driven and comfortable making 80-100 calls per day in and English to Firozabad residential prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outbound Calling

    Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to residential leads in assigned areas of Firozabad; introduce broadband plans and generate interest.

  • Plan Pitching & Objection Handling

    Clearly explain broadband plan features, pricing and installation process; handle common objections confidently and guide the prospect toward sign-up.

  • Lead Qualification

    Identify and qualify genuine prospects from cold lead lists; separate hot, warm and cold leads for appropriate follow-up actions.

  • Order Booking

    Collect customer details and preferred installation time for ready-to-subscribe customers; pass confirmed orders to the provisioning team.

  • Daily Target Achievement

    Meet and exceed daily call count, lead generation and order booking targets; earn attractive incentives for every converted new subscriber.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education

    Any degree or HSC pass from a recognised board in Uttar Pradesh; no minimum percentage required for tele-sales roles.

  • Experience

    Freshers welcome; 0-3 years in telecalling, BPO or customer service roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Communication

    Confident and clear communication in ; basic English for data entry and CRM usage; friendly and persuasive phone manner.

  • Attitude

    Self-motivated and results-oriented; ability to handle high call volumes and rejection positively while maintaining enthusiasm.
