About the Store Manager / Showroom Manager Jewellery Role
Store Manager / Showroom Manager is the overall in‑charge of one jewellery showroom, responsible for sales, people, customer service and day‑to‑day operations.
You lead the full team, work on targets and profitability and ensure the store follows brand standards, processes and customer experience guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Overall Store Operations & Discipline
Own daily opening and closing, staff deployment, floor readiness, safety checks and smooth running of all counters and service points in the showroom.

Sales, Targets & Profitability
Plan and drive monthly sales targets for gold, diamond and other categories, monitor performance, push schemes and control discounts to protect margins.

Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead assistant manager, department in‑charges, sales, cashier, inventory and support staff, set expectations, give regular feedback and support training needs.

Customer Service & Escalation Handling
Personally handle key customers and escalated complaints, take fair decisions within policy and build long‑term relationships for the showroom.

Inventory Control & Process Compliance
Ensure strong stock discipline, support audits, monitor shrinkage and see that billing, repair, exchange and gold purchase processes are followed correctly.

Visual Merchandising & Local Marketing
Maintain store look and display as per brand, execute promotions and festivals properly and give local market feedback to head office or owners.
Candidate Requirements

Education
Graduate or 12th Pass with strong retail / jewellery experience; management or retail qualification is an added advantage.

Experience
7–15 years of experience in jewellery or organised retail, with minimum 3–5 years in assistant store manager / department head or store manager role.

Skills
Strong leadership and decision‑making, excellent customer handling, good numerical and reporting skills and comfort in managing targets and pressure.

Other Requirements
Local language fluency with good English or Hindi, readiness for retail timings, weekends and festivals and willingness to take full responsibility for one showroom in Firozabad.
