Senior Telecom infrastructure Engineer Jobs in Firozabad

Tower and Telecom Company in Firozabad is hiring Senior Telecom infrastructure Engineer to lead complex infrastructure projects including multi-operator towers, energy efficiency rollouts, solar upgrades and structural modifications.

Candidates with 5+ years in seniorTelecom Company infrastructure roles, experience in multi-vendor site management, energy audit implementation and knowledge of TAWAL or Indus-style infrastructure SLA frameworks are preferred.

• Complex Site Management

  Manage technically complex telecom sites including multi-operator towers, rooftop sites and high-rise mast deployments across Firozabad.

• Energy Efficiency Programs

  Lead energy audit programs at telecom sites; implement solar upgrades, battery optimisation and DG run-hour reduction initiatives.

• Structural & Civil Oversight

  Review structural assessment reports for towers; coordinate remediation of structural deficiencies and oversee civil upgrade projects.

• Multi-Operator Infrastructure

  Manage infrastructure sharing agreements with multiple Telecom; coordinate co-location additions and removals per contractual terms.

• Mentoring & Team Development

  Mentor junior infrastructure engineers; conduct technical training on new equipment, safety procedures and quality standards.

• Education

  B.E./B.Tech in ECE, EEE or Civil Engineering; additional qualification in power systems or structural engineering is an advantage.

• Experience

  5-12 years inTelecom Company infrastructure management with at least 2 years handling senior or lead-level responsibilities at a tower company or operator.

• Technical Depth

  In-depth knowledge of telecom tower structures, BESS, solar systems, DG management, passive infra SLAs and multi-operator frameworks.

• Project Leadership

  Ability to independently lead infrastructure projects from planning to completion; strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
