About the Senior Sales Executive Jewellery Role
Senior Sales Executive in a jewellery showroom is a customer‑facing role that focuses on handling premium walk‑ins, closing high‑value sales and guiding junior sales staff on the floor.
You act as a strong sales closer for the showroom, understand customer needs in depth and help the team achieve monthly gold and diamond sales targets for that single store.
Key Responsibilities

Premium Customer Handling & Consultation
Attend high‑value and repeat customers, understand occasion, budget and style preferences and suggest suitable gold, diamond or platinum jewellery options.

High‑value Sales Closing
Negotiate within showroom guidelines, explain offers and schemes clearly and work towards closing larger bills and converting enquiries into confirmed sales.

Team Support & Mentoring
Support junior sales associates on the counter, help them handle difficult customers, guide them on product presentation and upselling and share daily sales focus points.

Target Achievement & Reporting
Work towards individual and counter targets, share basic daily sales updates with showroom in‑charge and highlight fast‑moving and slow‑moving designs from customer feedback.

Product Knowledge & Display Standards
Maintain strong knowledge of metal purity, diamond and gemstone basics, collections and schemes and ensure your counter is always neat, filled and display‑ready.

Customer Relationship & Repeat Business
Build relationships with key customers, maintain their basic details, inform them about new collections and offers and encourage referrals and repeat purchases.
Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass or Graduate; additional training in retail, sales or jewellery will be an added plus.

Experience
4–10 years of experience in jewellery showroom sales or luxury retail, with at least 2–3 years handling independent counter and closing high‑value bills.

Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills, confident body language, good grooming, ability to handle objections and comfort in working with daily and monthly targets.

Other Requirements
Local language fluency with basic English or Hindi, readiness to work showroom shifts, weekends and festivals and willingness to work full‑time for one showroom in Firozabad.
