Security Guard Telecom Site Jobs in Firozabad

Telecom company and tower operators in Firozabad are hiring Security Guards to protect exchange buildings, BTS tower sites, data rooms and company equipment depots from unauthorised access and theft.

Freshers who are physically fit, vigilant and willing to work in day or night shifts at telecom sites in and around Firozabad are encouraged to apply. Ex-servicemen are preferred for security guard roles.

• Site Access Control

  Control entry and exit at the telecom site; verify identity of all visitors and maintain the visitor register; restrict unauthorised access.

• Equipment & Asset Protection

  Guard telecom equipment, power systems, batteries and OFC cable from theft, vandalism and damage at assigned tower or exchange sites.

• Patrolling

  Conduct regular perimeter patrols of the site at scheduled intervals; check for intrusion, damage or unusual activity and report to the supervisor.

• Incident Reporting

  Report all security incidents, suspicious activities, equipment faults or power failures to the shift supervisor and site engineer promptly.

• Shift Duty

  Perform assigned day or night shift duties reliably; maintain the site attendance register and ensure seamless shift handover to the incoming guard.

• Education

  Class 8 or Class 10 pass; ex-servicemen and candidates with prior security training certificates are strongly preferred.

• Experience

  0-5 years in security guard roles at telecom sites, industrial estates, data centres or government buildings.

• Physical Fitness

  Good physical fitness and eyesight; ability to stand and patrol for extended periods during shift duties at outdoor telecom sites.

• Shift Availability

  Must be willing to work in 12-hour day or night shifts including weekends and public holidays at assigned telecom sites in Firozabad.
