About the Sales Manager Two Wheeler Loan Role
Sales Manager – Two Wheeler Loans is responsible for overall business growth of bike and scooter loans in the assigned Firozabad area.
You handle dealer network, manage a team of sales and finance executives, drive disbursement targets and maintain portfolio quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Business Planning & Targets
Prepare monthly and quarterly plans to achieve two wheeler loan login and disbursement targets for Firozabad and nearby locations.

Dealer & Channel Management
Develop and manage strong relationships with two wheeler dealerships, sub‑dealers and connectors, ensure regular tie‑ups and finance penetration at outlets.

Team Handling
Lead and motivate a team of sales executives and finance executives, support them in sourcing, closing cases and resolving issues, and review performance regularly.

Market Development
Identify new geographies, customer segments and corporate or fleet opportunities, run local marketing and promotional activities with dealers.

Process, Risk & Portfolio Quality
Ensure adherence to KYC and credit policy, monitor approval ratios, ticket size and bounce or delinquency trends, and support collections in early buckets.

Reporting & Coordination
Review daily and weekly MIS, share business updates with cluster or area manager, and coordinate with credit, operations and collections teams for smooth functioning.
Candidate Requirements

Education
Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PG in finance or marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience
4–8 years of experience in two wheeler finance, auto loans or other retail asset products, with minimum 2 years in team handling or senior sales role.

Skills
Strong sales drive, dealer relationship management, people management, negotiation skills and basic understanding of credit and portfolio metrics.

Other Requirements
Good knowledge of Firozabad and surrounding markets, own two wheeler or four wheeler with licence, readiness for extensive field travel and 6‑day working.
